Hello, all-

   Well, THIS IS THE WEEK that registration opens, on Wednesday the 15th, and we are excited to start putting the pieces together for this year's festival. In addition to the registration options below, you can be a sponsor of this year's festival as well.

Registration Opens on Wednesday, August 15th, 2018 at 12am.

TPT Tax ID Changes
Street and Sidewalk Spaces registrants will be required to submit a valid TPT Tax ID for the registrant. Understand, that registrant will be responsible for reporting all sales activity occurring in relation to the space. That requirement includes any additional authors that share your space, or are in any way connected to the registrant. ONLY ONE TPT Tax ID holder may register for a space- and that registrant’s information will be submitted to the State of Arizona for verification in advance of the event, as required.

Selling Services
Street and Sidewalk Spaces will not be eligible for selling services from Bonny Books or Duncan’s Books & More. As very few booksellers used their services in 2017, we went ahead and consolidated that in to a concept we use at our Cirque Writer’s Conference called the PUB, see below.

Website Listings
Only the “Primary Registrant” will be listed on the website.

Panelist Considerations
Only Primary Registrants for Street and Sidewalk Spaces will be able to apply for Panel positions during the festival. Panel opportunities will be announced after registration begins, in September.

Registration Changes
Simplly put, you will have 3 registration options for this year’s festival:

Street ($40) we’ll have 53 of these available at launch
- Requires a TPT Tax ID Submittal
- Required Canopy/Weights
- No Selling Services Provided
- Discount additional marketing opportunities at time of registration
- Eligible to be considered for Panel Participation
- Books of poetry may also be represented at the Poetry Stage Mini Book Sale Table/ Authors eligible for reading and signing

Sidewalk ($30)- We’ll have 30 of these available at launch
- Requires a TPT Tax ID Submittal
- No Canopy Required (you can have one, it’s just not required)
- No Selling Services Provided
- Discount additional marketing opportunities at time of registration
- Eligible to be considered for Panel Participation
- Books of poetry may also be represented at the Poetry Stage Mini Book Sale Table/ Authors eligible for reading and signing

PUB, Pop Up Bookstore ($20/per title)
- No TPT Tax ID Required
- 10% Consignment on sales
- Shared Selling Space managed by Duncan’s Books & More and Bonny Books
- Limited in-booth signing opportunities based on schedule.
- Discount additional marketing opportunities at time of registration
- Selling Services provided by Duncan’s Books & More and Bonny Books
- Books of poetry may also be represented at the Poetry Stage Mini Book Sale Table/ Authors eligible for reading and signing
- Not Eligible to be considered for Panel Participation
